By signing this form, I hereby authorize Rhee Properties to initiate direct deposit entries into my account at the financial institution listed on this form. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I provide notice of its termination to Rhee Properties in such time and manner as to afford Rhee Properties and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If at any time the amount deposited differs from the expected amount, I will notify Rhee Properties immediately. Rhee Properties reserves the right to reverse any incorrect deposits made to my account(s) without prior notice, in the event of an overpayment or other error. I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, including my bank account details. Any errors in payment resulting from incorrect information may be my responsibility to resolve with the financial institution.
